The temperatures in Torrevieja are pleasant all year round (in winter they are around 18-23 degrees). That's why we offer rental even during the winter months, when a home office by the sea can be an option.
The price would be 520 Eur/month plus energy.
Final cleaning fee is 50 Eur.
